Spalled concrete falling from the pre-cast concrete screen at the top of a stack 220 ft. high

The damaged concrete was 220' in the air. Work had to be done using a bucket and crane.

Working out of a bucket, chip all loose concrete at the corners and top of screen wall; treat exposed rebar with a corrosion inhibitor and bonding agent, apply  polymer concrete and wrap repaired the corners and the top of the wall with FRP (e-glass) composite materials.  Complete the repair with 2 coats of class V coating.
