Inspect and repair four each 15' x 50' concrete intake chambers with severely spalled concrete and damaged reinforcing steel.

Maintaining a clean site without any debris falling into the water. In addition to the overhead work, we had to schedule our work around the tides.

Build a wall-to-wall floating work platform to stand on and capture all the debris created while chipping and rebuilding the chamber.  Chip all loose concrete, treat all exposed metal with a corrosion inhibitor and bonding agent, apply a polymer concrete, secure the repair with CFRP as well as FRP.

Apply a penetrating concrete sealer to the top side of the deck.
