Heavy winds damaged the "tentacles" of this water feature compromising the structural integrigy

Construction noise and debris need to be kept to a minimum because the resort pool remained open during repairs.

Erect fencing to shield resort patrons from the construction site.  Work during limited hours.  Repair tentacles with FRP and re-build the inside structure of the octopus using FRP material.
