Premier CPS is an MBE / SBE award winning specialty construction company based in Tampa, FL with practices throughout the United States and the Caribbean.  We focus on structural repairs and enhancements of bridges, docks, culverts, intake structures and columns, piles and beams.  Our repairs typically involve the use of composites as a mean to strengthen the structure or increase the structure's load capacity.  In addition to our structural repairs Premier performs fiberglass repairs to tanks, pipes and vessels, often without the need to wait for a plant outage or to shutdown the system. 

Our clients range from local and state governments to private corporations in the power generation, waste-to-energy, bulk storage, pulp and paper, citrus, sugar and defense industries.

We have been the recipient of the Award of Merritt or Award of Excellence from the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) seven times.  In addition, we have had projects featured in the Concrete Contractor Magazine as well as in Realta Mapei.

Premier CPS currently has FDOT certification for Cathodic Protection, R&R Intermediate Bridges and R&R Minor Bridges.  We also have SBE status with several municipalities and agencies, including MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) certificate from the State of Florida and a DM/DWBE and SBE (Small Business Enterprise) from Hillsborough County and Port Tampa Bay.
